Hunan Zhengyuan Energy Storage Materials and Devices Research Institute was officially established in September 2011 with the approval of Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology and Hunan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs. At present, there are 8 professors and associate professors, 9 doctors and post doctors, and 43 graduate students and full-time staff. The specialty covers materials, metallurgy, chemical engineering, electrochemistry, electronic circuit and other disciplines. It is mainly engaged in the research and development of key materials and devices for supercapacitors, lithium ion batteries, and capacitor batteries. It is characterized by industrial technology research and product development. At present, many technologies have been industrialized, and there are industrial enterprises in Beijing, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Hunan and other places. The team has published more than 300 scientific papers in total; More than 120 patents have been applied and more than 70 have been authorized.
